The Appaloosa Horse Club, Inc., Broken Arrow Appaloosa Association, Inc. and/or MID-WAY EXPOSITION CENTER
will not be responsible for any article of any kind or nature that may be lost, destroyed or stolen,
although every precaution will be taken to protect property of the exhibitors. Also, B.A.A.A will not be
responsible or liable for any injury sustained in any way to exhibitors or spectators.
Make CHECKS payable to: BROKEN ARROW APPALOOSA ASSOCIATION (B.A.A.A.).
There will be NO REFUNDS without the show management approval.
Applications for National ApHC memberships & Non/Pro Status will be available in the office.

MIDWAY BUDGET INN located on the show grounds. Call (573) 445-9565 for reservations.
MIDWAY BUDGET IN has offered exceptional rates for all our show participants. Just mention that you are
“BROKEN ARROW APPALOOSA SHOW PEOPLE” when you call or arrive.
NOTICE: Show Facilities require “ALL DOGS IN MAIN ARENA MUST BE ON A LEASH AND UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES.”
ApHC Membership Card, horse’s registration papers (front & back) and current (12 month) coggins must be shown to the office personnel. Missouri Law requires 12 months Coggins and a
30 day health certificate on all OUT OF STATE HORSES.
STAKES & STUMPS Classes will run Horse against Horse, one run.
# Working Cow Horse will make only one run judged by all judges simultaneously.
** Youth entering this class may not show in any other riding class. ApHC 703
## Youth entering these classes may not show in any other riding classes requiring a lope or a canter (this includes oping). ApHC 709
NOTE: Cattle Classes will not start before 5 p.m. on Saturday.
STALLS for the show will be $35.00. Shavings are available for sale on the show grounds. Tie outs – Not Allowed
There will be a camper site fee of $25.00

BAAA YEAR END AWARDS
Year end point accumulation will begin on the date your BAAA dues are paid.
BOTH OWNERS & EXHIBITORS must be BAAA members for points to accumulate towards year end awards.
BOTH weekend shows are required for Year End Awards. (Exception: Weanling, Yearling Longe Line & 2 Yr. Old Riding Classes)
